Health Coaches look at all aspects of a persons life; work, diet, exercise, relationships, mental and physical health and much more. The only way you can achieve a healthy life is to address each area and work to make sustainable changes. The main goal of a Health Coach is to improve your overall quality of life, however that may apply to each client.
How Can A Health Coach Help?
Health Coaches are able to help with lifestyle changes needed to improve conditions such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Allergies, Food Intolerances, Sleep Disorders, Stress related issues, Time Management, Relationships and Obesity. Obesity is one of the fastest growing health problems and there are many other diseases and disorders linked to being obese. Obesity is one of the main reasons for the rise in health care costs and health insurance prices.
Working With Helen
Helen works with clients all over the world, communicating via Skype, FaceTime and email depending on the clients needs. Helen also meets with clients face to face in various locations in Amsterdam. She is also available to meet clients in their workspace or home as required. Sessions last 1hr and a schedule is discussed during the first Initial Consultation. All sessions are conducted in English.
Health Coaching Packages Available:
One Off Session - A single 1:1 session as required by the client.
6 Week Package - Weekly sessions for 6 weeks (6 sessions).
3 Month Package - Fortnightly sessions for 12 weeks (6 sessions)

Setting Goals For 2017
It is important to set a mixture of goals each year and keep updating them periodically throughout the year.
