Mint Cacao Green Smoothie

Want a healthy version of mint chocolate smoothie? Why not try this mint and cacao nib version. This smoothie is full of anti-oxidants and a great way to start the day. Feel free to add different fruit and greens to the recipe. 

Ingredients

·      1 cup mint leaves

·      1 cup spinach leaves

·      1 frozen bananas

·      1/2 green apple

·      1 cup plant-based milk

·      1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of Cacao nibs and enjoy your mint cacao green goodness!
