Juice by Nature invites you to join us for our second Healthy Breakfast Talk for 2017 entitled 'How to Maintain a Healthy Gut'.
From 10:00 until 11:30 on Monday March 6th, we will explore the role our gut plays in the regulation of energy balance and weight. Did you know that an unhealthy gut contributes to a wide range of diseases such as; diabetes, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, depression and chronic fatigue syndrome.
We will hear from Nutritionist Sanna Sumner and Holistic Health Coach Helen Turner about how to cultivate and maintain good gut flora with the right combination of healthy food and probiotics.
